"After I did everything else in my power via google and my talents in clogging a drain, I was forced to call a repair man. We have someone that we generally use for our appliance repairs but after not having a call back for over two hours, I reached out Full House Appliance repair. Ben was beyond amazing! He came right in, asked what I had tried and go to work diagnosing the problem. He quickly came to realize it wasn't going to be a quick and easy fix and pulled out his price book and explained to me that a diagnostic repair would start at a certain price. He was very upfront with his costs and this was refreshing. After he found the problem (a bunch of built up sand blocking the drain hose) he told me it would be best to replace the pump and clean out the hoses. We agreed and he was quick at work to repair the problem. From the time he arrived to my house until the time he left was about 1 1/2 hours and our washing machine is running like new again! I would HIGHLY recommend Ben to anyone looking to say some money and support an honest, hard working individual!!! I will definitely be willing to use Ben again! Thank you!!!"

"We just got our washer fixed by Ben. My daughter called him on Friday to set an appointment and he was able to come do an estimate later that day. He just got done with the repair and I have to say this has been one of the best experiences I've had with repair technicians in a long time! He was fast, friendly, professional, and very punctual which was very important for me as I'm in an out of home for work all day. I own a cleaning company so keeping our washers and dryers in good shape is very important. He's definitely earned my trust and I will be calling upon him again ... Read more
