About Owner & Operator Ben Wellington

Based in the Madison area, I have 8 years experience in repairing appliances and I worked in the factory building them from 2001—2010. I take pride in my workmanship for all repairs, and deliver prompt, quality service.

Payment information

A service fee of $130.00 will get you an honest quote for the repair, a standard diagnostic, and a 90 day warranty. Payment is expected at time of service. We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Our Process

Starting with your initial call, we try to assess what could be wrong with your machine without immediately coming out to your house. We ask some baseline questions, and once we have an idea of what we'll need to begin, we will schedule a time that works for everyone.
We come on an initial service call, and if able, we make the repair on the spot. This initial service call is $130.00, and if we can't make the repair on the spot, we'll order the parts we need and return to make the repair on a later date.
If needed, we return with the ordered parts and we make the required repair. About 90% of the time, this is the end of the project! However, 1 in every 15 calls or so requires additional service that wasn't detected in the initial testing for one reason or another.
Final service visit with additional parts to fix additional issues that became evident after initial repair.
